Payment

We are happy to accept payment by Cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer.
Please note for all cheque payments - orders will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared. For all Electronic Fund Transfers - orders will be despatched upon receiving notification of official electronic receipt via email on sales@majesticdirect.com.au .

Despatch

All Perth Metropolitan orders carry a $5.00 delivery fee and will be delivered within 24 hours of receiving full payment for the order - including clearance if paying by cheque.

All orders to be delivered outside the Perth Metropolitan Area to other parts of WA or Australia will incur extra Australia Post or courier charges to the total order. These charges will be notified on confirmation of order and prior to payment and despatch of goods.

To ensure prompt delivery, please ensure the address / delivery details for recipients is correctly provided.

Claims

We take the utmost care with the packing of our products, however should any damage arise during transit we require notification within 7 working days. Credits refunds or replacements will be discussed and assessed per individual order.

Descriptions and photography

All products are described as accurately as possible but please be aware that any item not listed in the descriptions of the package is used as a 'prop' and not included.

The term 'Hamper' is used in a general sense and items are as described. While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate we do reserve the right to substitute items of similar or higher monetary value if in the unlikely event those listed is not available.

Customer service

At Majestic Direct we use only the finest quality products but should any item fail to reach you in satisfactory condition we will be happy to refund or replace. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Data Protection

We do not sell or loan to anyone our database or any stored information.

Liability

Our liability for the product is limited to the guarantee of the supplier. Consequential loss is limited to the purchase price of the price of the product.

Alcohol

Only persons legally permitted to do so by local licensing regulations may order any alcoholic product. By placing an order you confirm that you comply with the above.

Legal

In the unlikely event of any dispute by either party, please note that Australian law governs us.

Queries, Suggestions or Complaints

In the unlikely event of a complaint arising please contact us as soon as possible by the above means. All complaints received will be acknowledged by 1700 the next working day and we will inform you of a result or progress within 7 working days.

Accessibility

We recognise the importance of being able to speak to someone personally and assure you we are always available to answer any queries and to help in anyway we can.

Skin Testing

Majestic Direct recommend that any product is patch tested before use and extra care is taken with products during pregnancy and birth.
